DLA-20 Functional Assessment Training

Adult clients need to have a DLA-20 assessment completed in order to be reauthorized for the program. All rehab specialists and rehab counselors should sign up for the training as only those who have completed the training and receive a training certificate are allowed to do the assessment.

The DLA–20 is a copyrighted tool available for use only after training conducted by a credentialed trainer approved by MTM Services has been completed. Please utilize the link below to sign up for the training. It is a 3.5 hour long virtual training offered by Medicaid.
