Promotion Policy – “Welcome50”

Overview

To encourage new clients to begin care with Lartey Wellness Group, we are offering a promotion that waives up to $50 of the client’s copay for their first intake appointment.

Promotion Details

Eligibility:

• Applies to new clients only (no previous sessions with Lartey Wellness Group)

• Valid for Therapy or Medication Management intakes.

Coverage:

• Up to $50 of the client’s copay will be waived.

• Promotion applies only to the first intake appointment.

• If the client begins both therapy and medication management, the promotion applies to whichever intake happens first.

Promotion Code: Code: Welcome50

• CSRs must enter this code in Appointment Alert and Billing Settings to notify the Billing Team and Clinician.

• This ensures the copay is waived correctly during billing.

Duration:

• Begins October 8, 2025.

• No set end date (management will announce when promotion is paused or ended).

Clinician Action

When clinicians see the Welcome50 code in the Appointment Alert:

1.Proceed with the intake session as normal.

2.If you see the Welcome50 code on the appointment alert, note that the promotion applies only to the intake session.

3.No action is needed if the client’s copay is $50 or less. The billing team will waive it in the system.

4.If the client’s copay exceeds $50, you may collect the remaining balance after the session.

5.Do not apply the promotion to future sessions. It applies to the first intake only.

Sample CSR Script

“Before we get started, I just want to let you know that Lartey Wellness Group is currently offering a Welcome Promotion for new clients.

Your copay can be waived for up to $50 on your first intake appointment, whether that’s for therapy or medication management.

If you end up starting both, it’ll apply to whichever intake happens first. I’ll make sure to note that for you so our billing team applies it automatically.”
