How to Submit a Service Request for 312 Marshall Avenue Building

Step 2: Create a Work Order
• Hover your mouse to the upper left corner of the portal and click on “Create Work Order.”
Step 3: Select the Issue Type
• In the Issue Type field, select the most appropriate reason for your request.
Step 4: Provide a Detailed Description
• In the Details field, enter a full description of the issue.
Step 5: Optional: Upload a File
• You may upload a relevant file if needed, but this is optional.
Step 6: Submit the Request • Once all information is entered, click the Submit button.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your request is successfully submitted.
