Interpretive Summary/ Conceptualization

An Interpretive summary is a narrative case conceptualization of the client presenting issues, strengths, and proposed course of treatment. It should be completed for all new clients in TherapyNotes as a Psychotherapy Note. It should be completed after an intake note.
