Eligibility Requirements
PRP Eligibility For Children:
3-17 years of age
Referral from a licensed mental health professional
Active Maryland Medicaid health insurance
Actively participating in mental health treatment
Children do not require a qualifying diagnosis however, they do require to have a significant social or emotional disturbance, or behavioral issue that is affecting their life at home or in school.
PRP Eligibility For Adults:
Referral from a licensed mental health professional
Active Maryland Medicaid health insurance
Actively participating in mental health treatment
A qualifying diagnosis that meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for a Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS) in the Priority Population (either Category A or Category B).

Schizoaffective Disorder, Depressive Type
Major Depressive Disorder, Recurrent Episode, w/ Psychotic Features

Bipolar I Disorder, Current or Most Recent Episode Depressed, Severe, w/ Psychotic Features

Delusional Disorder
