Where is the entrance to the second floor?

The newly built professional office building is located on the second floor of the Westview Shopping Complex.

Important Note:

The main entrance requires a fob to access after 5:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

• If you arrive after 5:00 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends, your therapist will meet you in the first-floor lobby.

Additional Information:

• Please allow a 5-minute grace period for your clinician to finish with their previous client.

• Your clinician’s name and Google Voice number will be provided to you for direct communication if needed. This information will be sent via Secure Messaging on your Portal Account and via text message.

NOTE: You can view the most updated list of therapists and staff currently occupying our offices here. The list also includes an embedded link to the Google Form you can use to submit your schedule requests. However, Frank has asked that everyone in the LWG domain be made an editor so you can update your schedules directly. Please just make sure that any changes you make do not affect other therapists’ or staff members’ plotted schedules. Thank you!
