Monthly Summary Training
PRP Monthly Summary
All minors and adults need one monthly summary per month.
After you have your 3 progress notes completed for minors, you will complete a monthly summary.
After you have your 6 progress notes completed for adults, you will complete a monthly summary.
Schedule Monthly Summary for end of the month or a day after your final session with the client.
You will not actually see the client for this note, however you still have to schedule it as an appointment so that you can complete the note.
Monthly Summary Note Should Contain
Summary of goals addressed for the month and client’s progress towards goals
Summary of interventions used for the month
Plan for the next month
