Group Session Instructions

All interns will be required to participate in two groups while completing their internship.

Interns who will be leading/co-leading the group should block off the time of the group on their calendar as an unavailable block so that clients are not booked during that time.

  1. All group sessions will be held virtually on Google Meet.

  2. Insurance Based Clients

    1. Will be added to TherapyNotes.

    2. Will be added to the Google meeting by the Admin Team.

    3. The Admin Team will schedule the group session on the group leaders calendar. The group session will ONLY be scheduled on the group leaders calendar.

    4. Group leader will complete a note for group session in TherapyNotes for each participant who attended the group (private insurance clients only).

  3. Non-Insurance/International Clients

    • Will be added to the Google meeting by the Admin Team.

    • Client will not be added to TherapyNotes.

    • No note is required to be completed for non-insurance/international clients.
