Group Session Instructions

All interns will be required to participate in two groups while completing their internship.

1. Interns will select which groups they are interested in participating in on the Preferred Age Group, Presenting Problems, Languages & Modalities Google Form that is sent out during onboarding.

2. Arjay will work with the interns to determine who the Group Leader and Co-Leaders will be of each group.

3. All group sessions will be scheduled and held virtually on TherapyNotes.

   1. Arjay will schedule the group sessions on the group leaders calendar. The group session will ONLY be scheduled on the group leaders calendar.

   2. Interns who will be co-leading the group should block off the time of the group on their calendar as an unavailable block so that clients are not booked during that time.

4. Group Leaders should ensure the box for "Patients may use the portal for scheduling with me" has been checked on their work schedule under the Clinician Scheduling Settings. This box must be checked in order for the interns who are co-leading the group to join the session as well as any clients from outside of LWG.

1. Arjay will add the clients who will be participating in the group to the appointment in TherapyNotes.

   1. Group leaders also have the ability to add clients to the group session if it is a client of their own.
