# Scheduling/Note Format & Requirements
Progress Notes Training
**DEFINITIONS:**
**On-site:** Any session held at the office in Laurel OR any encounter (held anywhere) that is a group session with at least two PRP participants present.
**Off-site:** Any session that is not held at the Laurel office and is not a group session i.e. the client's residence, Urban Air, library, grocery store.
**PRP Progress Note**
* 3 progress notes per month required for minors
* 6 progress notes per month required for adults
* Need to schedule **at least** **one** session that is "On-Site".
* If meeting individually with a client, this visit will be held at our Laurel office: **312 Marshall Avenue, Suite 908, Laurel MD 20707.**
* If you meet with your clients **anywhere** in a group setting (i.e. Urban Air), this can count as your On-Site visit.
* There is no minimum requirement for off-site sessions.
**Progress Note Configuration Items**
* Your Appointment/Progress note should be set up as follows:
**Appointment Type:** Therapy Session
**Location:** PRP Off-Site Location (POS 15)
**Service Code:** H2016: PRP Session (Off-site) POS 15
