Paid Time Off (PTO)

Our company's Paid Time Off (PTO) policy for full-time employees.

All full-time employees are allotted three weeks of paid time off per year. Your PTO accumulation is calculated weekly in Quickbooks, based on the number of hours you work. If you request PTO before it has been fully accrued, the hours will be credited to you. However, if these credited hours are not earned by the end of the calendar year, the unearned amount will be deducted from your final paycheck.

Please note that PTO does not roll over from one year to the next. Your three weeks of PTO will renew at the beginning of each new calendar year.
