Full-time Employees 401K

As a full-time employee of the Lartey Wellness Group, and in accordance with your signed offer letter, you qualify to be a participant of our 401K program. This benefit becomes effective six months after your start date. To mark this event, you will receive an email from Guideline to advise you of your eligibility. They send three subsequent emails, which prompts you to opt-in or opt-out of the benefit.

If you had opted in and choose to opt out within 90 days of being enrolled in our 401K Plan, you may request a refund and will be eligible to do so without any tax penalties. In that case, access your account or utilize the link in the invitation email to make changes. Please also refer to this guide for instructions on how to request a refund.
