Please Note:

• Allow a 5-minute grace period for your clinician to finish with the previous client.

• Your clinician’s name and Google Voice number will be provided to you for direct communication if needed. This information will be sent via Secure Messaging on your Portal Account and via text message.

• For any concerns, please contact our office at 1-800-994-5403. Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

All clinicians intending to use the Laurel office are required to reserve their room through the scheduling spreadsheet managed by Arjay. To access the file, please search your LWG email for the subject line “[IMPORTANT!] Laurel Office Room Scheduling and Tracker Update.”
